Boulder Fan Fest is an event for people to come together to enjoy fandoms and pop-culture in a safe and exciting way while championing mental health awareness and raise funding for vital resources for children facing depression.
The event will be for everyone in Boulder and the surrounding communities. Stay tuned for all the excitement you expect from a BFF!

It’s our first year and we’re serving up a big and amazing event for the community. That means all hands on deck. We need volunteers like you!
TICKETS GO ON SALE
Act fast, as tickets go on sale January 2nd at the lowest price they will ever be. Not to mention, limited Inaugural VIP Packages and other great options.
EXHIBITOR APPLICATION OPENS
Exhibitor Applications will open on January 4th. Any businesses already on the Wait List will be emailed the application link ahead of time.
GUEST ANNOUNCEMENTS START
We’ve already started booking amazing media talent and creators to our guest list. We’ll start sharing them with you in early 2026.

Why so far out you ask? We want to give the community a show they deserve. The best way to do this is give ourselves plenty of time to make it right. Boulder has waited so long for a show of its own, we want to make sure it’s everything Boulder deserves!
