Venue Accessibility
Boulder Fan Fest welcomes attendees of all abilities. Our goal is to make an event as accessible as possible.
Expo Floor
The Expo Floor is laid out with accessibility in mind. All aisles in the exhibitor hall are six to eight feed wide, exceeding ADA recommendations. Venue provided tables for vendors, guests, artists, and community groups are four feet tall. Although we will not limit exhibitors and guests from altering their exhibitor space, they will be reminded that the original layout of the spaces were done so with accessibility in mind.
ADA Wristband or Sticker
Boulder Fan Fest intends to offer ADA wristbands or indicators to persons who may have mobility, physical, vision, hearing, cognitive, psychological, or any other type of disabilities that may not be visible. This ADA wristband identifies you to Boulder Fan Fest and Venue staff as well as indicates that you may need additional assistance. Please note that the ADA indicator does not provide admission, you must still have a valid ticket or pass.
Service Animals
Service Animals are permitted in the venue, however the Embassy Suites and Hilton Garden Inn do not permit emotional support animals and companion animals in the event space. Service Animal owners are responsible for and liable for any damage or injury caused by the animal. For other Service Animal rules and permissions, please reach out to the venue.
