Photo-Ops will be added as releated Guests and Programming are announced. There will be limited quantities.
IMPORTANT: To stay inline with the industry, we are providing Photo-Ops online through our digital box office. There will be no cash transactions for the Professional Photo-Ops. All Photo-Ops must be purchased online and attendees must bring a digital or printed copy of their Photo-Op receipt to their session in order to check-in. Quantities are limited.

PRO PHOTO-OPS TERMS & CONDITIONS
PURCHASE
All Celebrity Photo-Op purchases will be handled online. If you would like to purchase a Photo-Op it has to be done from this page or the event’s digital box office. It is possible Photo-Ops will be available day of service, but they will still need to be purchased online through your mobile device.
AVAILABILITY
The Photo-Op schedule will be posted at least 3 weeks ahead of the event dates, likely sooner. All Photo-Op windows are limited to 30 minutes, making availability extremely limited. It is encouraged you order your Photo-Op as early as you can to avoid missing out. There will be no Photo-Op sales done onsite directly via cash. You will not be allowed into the Photo-Op Area without your receipt (digital or printed).
REFUND POLICY
Consistent with the industry standard, Photo-Op purchases will be refunded if the guest cancels or the event is unable to fulfill the purchase. Otherwise, all Photo-Op purchases are final and non-refundable.
PRICING
Photo-Op prices are based on individual guest arrangements. Please refer to the guest schedule and pricing above for specific pricing details. Prices are not-negotiable.
Add-Ons are available during the online purchase of your Photo-Ops, including digital copies, protective top-loaders, frames, and extra physical prints. Although you will be able to purchase add-ons at the time of your Photo-Op there is no guarantee that all items will be available. Please consider purchasing all add-ons at the time you order your Photo-Op online.
PHOTO-OP INSTRUCTIONS

All Photo-Ops with media and cosplay guests have a limit to four people (not including guest). Due to space, all Group Photo-Ops with media and cosplay guests will have a limit of three people (not including guest).
Although costumes are allowed, large props are not permitted. There will be a table along side the photo area for bags, items, and large props.
Everyone has paid for their Photo-Ops, not just you. So please be mindful of those having their Photo-Op ahead and after you. You have time to talk with the media and cosplay guests at their tables, not immediately before or after your photo.
The company providing the Photo-Ops has the right to refuse service if they feel you or your group are acting inappropriate, wearing offensive clothing or costume, or are not following the Photo-Op or Convention rules and Code of Conduct.
