PANELS
PANEL SIGN UP IS NOW LIVE
Panel registration is now live. You can sign up for a panel by filling out the Boulder Fan Fest Panel Form.
Please note, the form will remain live through the new year, however we will have limited panel and workshop space in our first year due to space restrictions. We will prioritize programming that aligns with geek and pop-culture content as well as the Better Feelings Foundation’s mission.
What to consider when applying:
- The panel form will stay live until approximately 4-6 weeks prior to the event.
- Applying for a panel at Boulder Fan Fest does not guarantee you will be selected or does not guarantee admission.
- All panelists will be notified approximately 2-4 weeks prior to the event. We will do our best to let those accepted no as soon as we can.
What to consider when planning your content:
- Please keep your content family-friendly. Otherwise specify it is NSFW or adults only in your title.
- Sessions are 45-50 minutes in length with 10 minutes in between each panel.
- Panels must end on time even if they begin late to avoid impacting additional panels and panelists.
- Due to room size, panels can have a maximum of 5 panelists, including the moderator.
- Accepted panelists will have access to the programming and workshop rooms even if they are not attending Boulder Fan Fest.
- Accepted panelists are not guaranteed a badge to the show floor due to the fundraising nature of the event. These will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
- All participants must be present for their panel. If you fail to show you will not be considered for future years.
- Boulder Fan Fest cannot host any virtual events. All participants must be physically present.
- Boulder Fan Fest will not provide any moderators or show guests for your panels.
At this time, there is no guarantee on the A/V equipment that will be included in the panel and programming room. We hope to have that sorted with the venue ahead of the application closing.
The panel room capacity is also unclear at this time. We will do our best to provide an update ahead of time.
If you have questions about panels and programming applications we have not answered, please feel free to email us at info(at)boulderfanfest.com.
