There will be a variety of options to choose from, from standard-sized vendor booths to artist tables. Do keep in mind, we had 3/4 of the floor signup for our previously published Notify Me List. That means exhibitor space will move fast. Make sure you signup early.

Comic creators, authors, and non-traditional art creators are welcome to apply for an artist alley table.

Crafters, seamstresses, and others creating items with their hands are welcome to apply for an artist alley table.

BOOTH DETAILS
We are expecting more than sixty (60) vendors, not including special guests and community tables.
After extensive deliberation it was decided to make Vendor Booth sizes a consistent 8 ft x 6 ft. The option to buy multiple booths will be available.
Artist Alley Space is to be 6' x 6' with 2 feet in between booths. (Subject to Change)
Community Spaces will be 6 ft tables with approximately 4-5 feet of space behind the table. They will be located in the pre-function area of the venue.

The Vendor & Artist Application is now open (near top of page). Due to high-demand, we recommend you sign-up early. Billing will not start until late Spring.
Vendor space will be charged by type and location. Pricing is included in the vendor application. Prices will be competitive and there will be add-ons available including marketing packages, sponsorship opportunities, and more.
Yes. The following items are not to be sold at Boulder Fan Fest: AI generated images, items from multi-level marketing companies, snacks and beverages that can be consumed onsite, any prop firearms or realistic looking prop weapons, scented body soaps, lotions, scrubs, bath bombs, candles, or anything that could be considered harmful to the event and its attendees. We encourage you to read the vendor policy for more (linked at bottom of page).
SETUP DETAILS
We will communicate detailed setup hours ahead of time, but the venue will be available for Friday setup. Sunday's teardown will be immediately following the show and all ehxibitor materials must be cleared out before the end of the night Sunday.
Saturday hours are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM with VIP access starting at 9:30 AM. Sunday hours are 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM with VIP access starting at 9:30 AM.
Vendors will have access on Friday for setup. Saturday and Sunday, vendors may access the floor starting at 8:00 AM.
OTHER DETAILS
Exhibitor is responsible for collection and payment of Colorado State Sales Tax. The total sales tax rate in Boulder, Colorado is 9.045%. The State of Colorado requires that Exhibitor acquire a tax number in advance of the Event.
Boulder Fan Fest is a traditional style comic convention and fan expo. We expect to attract various types of attendees, including college students and local families. If you have setup at a comic convention or fan fest before, it's likely you will fit in. If you have an audience in Boulder, it's also likely you will fit in.
