The Boulder Fan Fest Stroller, Wagon, & Cart Policy is short but complex.

Dollies, hand trucks, trolleys, and carts are not permitted on the floor outside of exhibitor setup and breakdown. Any attendees attempting to bring these items into the venue’s event space will be stopped at the door and asked to put their dolly, hand truck, trolley, or cart in their room or vehicle before being admitted to the event space.

Although strollers are permitted, oversized strollers and strollers not being used to transport small children will be limited due to Boulder Fan Fest’s desire to make the event space and exhibitor floor accessible for everyone. Jeep branded strollers and other wagon style strollers are not permitted on the exhibit floor.

Any unattended strollers or permissible mobility items will be reported to security and venue staff.

Boulder Fan Fest has the sole discretion to decide and alter what strollers, wagons, and carts are permissible in the event space.
