By purchasing, obtaining, or using a Boulder Fan Fest pass or ticket you agree to the following:

By purchasing or using a Boulder Fan Fest weekend pass or single day ticket, you have registered for the event. By registering for paid or complimentary access to Boulder Fan Fest you agree to not sell your badge above box office value.

Passes or tickets that have been sold or provided by anyone other than Boulder Fan Fest or select trusted retailers in Boulder (listed on the website) will not be honored. 

Passes and tickets are non-refundable. In the case of emergency, you may contact info@boulderfanfest.com and we will do our best to transfer ownership of your pass to another party of your choosing. If this transfer is to be completed within 30-days of the event, the transfer may be subject to a fee.

You must wear your badge or wristband at all times while attending Boulder Fan Fest. Replacement badges and wristbands will not be provided.

Boulder Fan Fest may perform validation of badges on entry to any area of the convention.

Upon entering the event, those who purchased student passes or tickets may be required to present proper identification to verify eligibility for the discounted entry.

The vendor floor, atrium, programming rooms, Better Feelings Foundation’s Kids Zone, and all on-site and offsite events have limited capacity as set by the fire marshal. Even though your badge is required to get into Boulder Fan Fest it does not guarantee access to every and any space if the venue has reached capacity. Badges and/or wristbands do not guarantee entry to any event.

By attending Boulder Fan Fest or any part of Boulder Fan Fest, you agree to allow Better Feelings Foundation, organizers of Boulder Fan Fest, its agents, licensees, or assignees, the right to use your image and/or likeness in media now known or hereafter devised for advertising and/or other promotional purposes.

You also agree not to take pictures or videos where posted or announced as prohibited and that any permitted photos or videos will not be used for any commercial purposes and/or made publicly available or generally displayed without prior written consent of Better Feelings Foundation.

Boulder Fan Fest reserves the right to refuse service, and/or to cancel/revoke your tickets at Boulder Fan Fest’s sole discretion.

Boulder Fan Fest reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.
