Grow Your Boulder Audience In a Whole New Way Be a vendor at boulder fan fest
Exhibitors, Artist Tables, Crafters Spaces, & Sponsorships Applications will open up Winter 2025/26!
There will be a variety of options to choose from, from full sized vendor booths to artist tables. Do keep in mind, selection will be limited, so we encourage you to get on our Notify Me List or sign-up once booths are available as they will go fast.
BOOTH DETAILS
We are working on the venue details now, but we are expecting at least Fifty (50) vendors, not including special guests and community tables. We will remove the "estimated" when we finalize the floorplan.
We are working on having multiple Vendor Booth sizes: 10' x 10', 8' x 8', 8' x 6'. We will remove the "estimated" when we finalize the floorplan.
Artist Alley Space is expected to be 6' x 6' with 2 feet in between booths. We will remove the "estimated" when we finalize the floorplan.
Community Spaces are not currently set. We will update this section when we have more information.
SIGN-UP DETAILS
We are estimating that vendor sign-up will start this upcoming winter (2025-26). More precise dates will be made available in September.
Vendor space will be charged by type and location. We are finalizing the floorplan now which will help us set prices. Expect prices to be competitive.

OTHER DETAILS
Exhibitor is responsible for collection and payment of Colorado State Sales Tax. The total sales tax rate in Boulder, Colorado is 9.045%. The State of Colorado requires that Exhibitor acquire a tax number in advance of the Event.
Boulder Fan Fest is a traditional style comic convention and fan expo. We expect to attract various types of attendees, including college students and local families. If you have setup at a comic convention or fan fest before, it's likely you will fit in. If you have an audience in Boulder, it's also likely you will fit in.
